Mockup

Design Phase

Our creative team will develop wireframe concepts suited to your brand standards and guidelines, starting with the homepage. The homepage is the most intuitive page to create, and therefore, once it is semi-finalized, the team will begin creating mock-ups for the remaining main pages in the navigation. Pages with a specific structure, such as the homepage and other hub-pages, will be created as mock-ups. Other less design-intensive pages, such as blog posts and legal pages, will not have mock-ups created.

Client revisions will be available throughout the design phase. Our goal is to create an open dialogue that promotes new ideas, design improvements, and constructive criticism as our creative team works to bring the website's vision to life.

Development Phase

Once the mockup is approved, the next step is to develop the website. During this phase, we will create a website that looks identical to the approved mockup. Any additional pages that were not included in the mockup will also be created at this time. However, any

major changes to the design, structure, or integrations may delay the development process and may result in additional costs. Once completed, the website will be sent for approval on a staging server.

Content Management System(CMS)

The website created will be 100% custom and developed exclusively for the client. The site will be developed on WordPress and utilize

Astra, Beaver Builder, and Gravity Forms plugins.

ACCEPT PROPOSAL

Let's Get Started!

Disclaimer:

Integrations:

All Integrations specified and outlined above will be made prior to the site going live. Any integration not specified or unknown to FleekSleek will not be integrated or integrated for additional cost. Additional integrations will extend the development timeline.

Timeline and  Communication:

Final website delivery date is contingent on timely responses from the client. FleekSleek will commence the project after the final payment is received. The client agrees to respond to communication in a timely manner. Communication can be conducted via a phone call, email, or  video call. Pictures of handwritten notes will not be accepted as a valid form of communication.

Content and Assets

Client will provide all content, images, videos and animations. The client agrees to provide finalized versions of all website copy and content prior to the development phase. The content should be in a copyable format. The development team does not make line-by-line revisions to client provided text or edits. If a revision is needed, please send the development team the paragraph/section with the revised text and the team will replace the entire section with the updated text. Text editing is available and will be billed at $200 per hour.

Migration:

Once the development commences, FleekSleek asks that the client refrain from making changes, adding  products, or  modifying products to the live site as our developers are in the process of copying over the content from the previous website to the client's new website. If changes are made to the live site during the development timeline the client agrees to make these changes or pay FleekSleek in addition to perform these revisions.

Website Launch:

FleekSleek prefers to launch websites on Monday through Thursday as  we have a full development team available to fix any issues that may arise during lunch. If requested in writing, FleekSleek will  launch a website on Friday through Sunday, but the client understands  development capabilities are limited during these days.

After Launch

Once the website is launched, it is the clients responsibility as the business owner to cancel any and all apps, plugins and hosting that are no longer in use. FleekSleek  is not responsible for any cancellation errors that result in additional billing.
